From the outside it looks like the Doorbird D201, but this product is End of Live at the Doorbird website.

It is indeed based on a D201, which continues of course to be supported in the app and by Velbus.
There are thousands of these Doorbirds in the field and by no means Doorbird or Velbus will simply stop supporting them.
You can simply follow the setup instructions in the Doorbird app and will have no problem adding it, now or anywhere in the future.
