I’ve only just seen this post.
I’ll look into it in more detail tomorrow when I’m back in my office.
There is a Verbose mode you can run VelServ in that might give you more information.
If you stop the service and start Velserv directly, you can add as many -vvvvv as you like at the end to get greater amounts of information.
