here in belgium, there is Stijnen Solutions who have a program where you can control all your velbusmodules. price is in belgium 250€. you can download a trial version of the software and ask for a registrationcode ( this is for free). the program is called “Home Center”.
on this forum there is a velbus server program written by Danssaert D. download from code.google.com/p/flexvelbussocket/ .
