Clock sync error

Hi all,

I know velbus is always ahead of technology, but at the moment my system is also ahead in time.

It’s going on since a week or 2 that when the clock synchronizes, it adds some extra minutes.
I didn’t make any changes and tried manually syncing and changing the clock. But at midnight it always put the clock back wrong.

Any ideas?

Have you got a computer connected, with some interface software like HomeAssistant or openHAB?

It sounds to me like your computer has a time issue, which is being passed to your Velbus network

The HA is running on the signum.
My computer only connects when I want to do changes.
And the thing is, all my clocks are running the same timeline. Only the velbus is showing the future…
From the HA interface, I have selected the Brussels timezone. I also checked that the signum is the master of the installation.

Can you let us know through https://help.velbus.eu/, we’ll take a look.

Sorry, I wasn’t clear.

I consider a Signum as a connected computer.

As @VEL524 says, drop a note to the help channel

Hi all,
Thanks for the replies.
As these things typically go, today the clock remained correct after the nightly sync. :upside_down_face:
I’ll keep an eye on it and contact the help if the issue occurs again.
