AND/OR (and other logical functions) are achieved by using virtual relays (if that’s an answer to your question).

Yes, of course, an initiator (input) can have as many subjects (outputs) connected as you want, and vice versa.

You want a logical “AND” function, if I understand correctly. This is done as follows:

Imagine relay R1 needs to be ON when buttons B1 AND B2 AND B3 are pressed together.

Connections to make:
B1 -> R1: inhibit when opened
B2 -> R1: inhibit when opened
B3 -> R1: moment
