after a crash of my pc, i installed the nex version of velbuslink 8 but i can’t connect to my installation.
i installed the vmb1usb driver, she’s installed on com2 but button connect on software is not activated
Make sure you installed all your hardware correctly.
Make sure the VMB1USB device is installed correctly. Your port should be called ‘VMB1USB Velbus USB Interface (COM2)’, and it should not have a yellow warning triangle or exclamation mark next to its name in the Device Manager, because this indicates a problem.
Verify that there is no other software occupying the port, bluetooth software has been known to do this.
