This is a common mistake.
You have first created a kwh counter on channel 1 and channel 2 right?
Afterwards you have created an alarm. But when setting up the alarm, you addressed this on channel 2,3,4. However, we advice to place alarm on channel 9→32. This keeps your first 8 channels free for inputs and channels 9→32 for alarms. In newer Velbus versions, you wont be able to place an alarm on the first 8 channels for this reason.
