I’m sure you’ll understand that every time there is a feature added to the firmware, we cannot go into the warehouse, open all boxes and reprogram all items.
If it would have been a bug, we would have done that.
We offer a single free firmware update if the module is returned. We are also looking into the possibility of online updating.
Please considere that I bought 4 week ago 3 module that work fine, and 2 week ago 2 modules that don’t work…
I’ve the PicKit2… If you send me the HEX file I can reprogram the module…
I understand that you don’t want send the firmware, but I think that nobody rebuilds the device…
May I ask who you bought these modules from?
Perhaps we can check the stock of this supplier and look for a solution?

The fake VMB1BL module have this firmware…

With the VelBusLink 7 I can program VMB1BL but if I reread the memory, the software doesn’t read the memory… But with VelBusLink 6 I can see the memory…
