SMPS: Most installers install a 6A automatic fuse.
As for the other question, sorry, this depends on local regulations.
You might want to check with a local installer.

Thanks for the quick answer.
For that other question :
I live in Belgium , so we have to install by the regulations of he A.R.E.I.
This means :
Per Automatic fuse of 16A : a max. rate of 10 different points of light
As an VMB4RYLD has 4 channels , i have designed my electrical plans as follows :
Per automatic fuse of 16A ( = 3680 Watts ) , i will use 2x VMB4RYLD = 8 points of light
Per automatic fuse of 16A ( = 3680 Watts ) , i will use 2x VMB2BLE = 4 window blinds
Per automatic fuse of 16A ( = 3680 Watts ) , i will use 5x VMBDMI = 5 points of light
According to me , this is by the regulations of the A.R.E.I
Since this is my first time i am installing a domotic electrical installation , i was wondering if all of the above is correct …?
Most likely this will be OK.
