What is the minimum voltage for the modules (VMB6PBN & VMB2PBN)
On the modules that are the furthest away from the supply, I have 10.5V, is this enough or do I need a better supply? Now I use a ‘mean well’ 100-12 (100W-12V).

This is not OK.
You need at least 12V and preferably a little more.
If the voltage is too low, relay switching might be too slow or unreliable, which can cause damage to the relay contacts and excessive heating.
I saw on the mw site that the DR100-12 have a screw to adjust the voltage. So on the transfo I set the voltage to 15V, on the furthest module the voltage is now : 13,5V…
