Problem with remote connection : Failed to fetch system time synchronisation status (RTC error)

When trying to connect to my Signum through a web browser, I get this error : "Failed to fetch system time synchronisation status”. (Red cross in front of RTC)

I have tried do reset the VMBSIG module but that didn’t help (it’s on the latest FW) .
I also used the ‘Synchronise Time’ option in Velbuslink, no luck…
When I check the time on the module with ‘Request Time’ option, the time is correct.

What could be going wrong here?
