Problem with the vmb4pd access violation at address 00528E06

Each time I want to apply , I get the warning

access violation at address 00528E06 in module’velbuslink.exe’. Read of address 00000008.
access violation at address 004b8015 in module’velbuslink.exe’. Read of address 00000008.
access violation at address 00404b5c in module’velbuslink.exe’. Read of address FE3ECE06.

When I look at the Timer configuration , the timers and the 20 steps, every step has changed to S3 for When en a time given of 31:63.

All Activities are activated
and within Options, all the timers are enabled

I can change the Channel names, the response times and the LCD lines
The clock is working and does not make any error
I am using a rechargeable battery

Can someone help me?

The problem is resolved,
I was using Velbuslink 6.0 and each time I received the error messages
Today, I bought a second unit, same error message.

Then I deleted the Velbuslink 6.0 and tried with an older version, the 5.9
No error, everything went smooth as to be expected from Velleman

I think we need a new version that get rid of that problem as well that includes the temp control module VMB1TV

Indeed, that’s a known error which can be triggered by pressing the apply button outside of the actual configuration. As long as you don’t press that Apply button everything is ok.

We are already at VelbusLink version 7, it might be better to uninstall 5.9 and 6.0 and go with the newer version which eliminates those bugs and includes the newest modules (VMB1LED, VMB1TC, VMB1TS, …).
