Restartable time action

Hello,

I have configured several motion detector with the action “restartable timer” (0412) and a parameter of, let’s say, 1 minute.
It means that if motion is detected during the one minute, the timer is reset.
But in most of the places in the house where this is configured, the lights turn off first and turn on immediately… As if the timer was not reset but a motion was immediately detected when the lights turn off.

Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?
