Scan delay

I use the jvelbusd as a gateway.
When scanning with velbuslink, there is no 60 ms delay in the scan packets.
As a result, the bus is flooded and only some of the modules are responding to the scan.

When using USB, there is a delay of 60 ms between each scan packet and all modules are detected fine!

So, why is there no 60 ms delay in velbuslink when using a TCPIP connection ?

Responding to my own post: it looks like velbuslink expects the TCPIP server to add an extra delay to the scan packages.
