Signum not responding

Hi there, i’m having some trouble configuring my signum.
I’ve started up correctly and had everthing running on APP and cloud.
I’ve found out that not all the widgets were available in the APP.
The Signum was showing 10 updates pending so I launched the updates.
Signum got stuck for 1,5 hour. I aborted en restarted the Signum.
A full reset or RMT seems to be responding (cmd) but after 5 hours still no connection possible.
The Signum also seems tot keep the actual IP-adress.
Connection trough the signum to access velbuslink is also working
I just cannot get into the quickstart again to reconfigure the signum and APP.
Seen this page a million times now;


Has anybody had same trouble or has any idee how to get trough this?

I’m no longer on site for the moment but I van Acces the signum through the cloud👍.
Was this an issue that van be resolved by the installers if it occurs again?

The signum is being rebooted midupdate. The best thing I can suggest right now is to connect it to the internet the day before installation and let it update overnight.

Done that several times, but it was already stuck in loop. Is there and command or act that van be performers by the installers when this issue apears again.

We’ll need to take a closer look at what is happening and improve the situation.
