Touch panel supporting SIP

can anybody help me by introducing a smart touch panel that supports SIP which I can sync that with Velbus system?

What are you trying to achieve?

Do you want a SIP intercom on a tablet, but also have a UI to Velbus?

I use VMBHIS home center UI software, I want a smart touch panel syncing home automation system with the door bell.
