VELBUS connection question

Hi,

i have “central place” where all my VMB4RY relays are, but i need to install two relays in a second flour of my house and two in the garage.
i have ethernet cables CAT5 from central place to garage and second flour, so the questions are:

  1. is this cable good for BUS ?
  2. where should be termination of the bus? (eg. last device on the bus): should it go from central place to garage, then from there to second flour? or can i connect as “star” - one wire from central to second flour, second wire from central to garage devices? if so, which device should have term switch?

The cable is fine.
Wiring topology does not really matter.
You will probably need one termination at the end of a line
