Velbus L1 Quiz (to prove competence)

I’m building an on-line quiz for people to take to demonstrate their knowledge of Velbus.

The plan is that it’ll either be a nice way to confirm learning or to generate a certificate to show clients / employers that they understand the system.

It’s very much a work in progress right now, but if anyone would like to give it a test drive, I would appreciate any feedback

In order to be able to part complete the quiz and return to it later, I have had to create a “Subscriber login” requirement.

I’ll be adding images and media to help explain each question, without giving away the answer.

(Well, maybe a picture of a VMB4RYLD-10 will show the answer to the question of “how many outputs”, but if someone gets that wrong, there really is no hope for them)

The quiz is designed for those that have a working knowledge of #Velbus or have taken a training course.

That depends… you can control another thermostat from another unit, but it cant replace that thermostat completely…

Maybe I should rephrase that.

I mean, a Single Velbus thermostat is capable of controlling more than a single heat and / or cooling source, within it’s zone.

I’ve given this quiz an overhaul and ironed out a few bugs, it should be in a solid state now.

Thanks to all those that have put it through its paces and provided feedback, it’s always good to get someone else’s opinion and assistance to find the weak spots.
