Is there also an easy way to see the configuration changes that are pending to be pushed out? Sometimes my software says “Synchronize” as if there are changes… but I want to know what those changes are…prior to pushing them

You can use the memory viewer. That will show the memory bytes that it will change.
You need to enable the advanced mode for this. Then right-click the module that has changed, advanced, open memory viewer.
