I am experiencing some problems with VMB1DM Velbus module.
This is because when I send, via VelbusLink, a packet with set dimmer value command I do not receive a dimmer status packet and dimmer not work (value do not change).
I expect receive a dimmer status packet for each set dimmer packet sent.
What can be the problem? - (Dimmer - build 0718)

This problem is related to an incompatibility between your PC and the Velbus USB interface.
In the unlikely event that you experience this problem, you can return your USB interface for a firmware update. The firmware update is free at this time, however, you will be billed for postage and packing.
