We would like to pwm dim a ledfixture that requires 48V (less than 3A).
Can we do this by using the VMB1LED ? (The max input described is 30V … but I still hope the answer is yes 
)

Sorry, no, as the specs say: 30V max. Stress beyond that will destroy the electronics.
