I have a VMB1RS to send information to another equipment.
Can the VMB1RS send the information on the bus to rs232 port without a pc conected?
There are any voltage signals in the pins of RS232 (tx\rx)?

The VMB1RS is a bridge between velbus and RS232, and can send all velbus traffic on the RS232 port as long as RTS is high and DTR is low.
